Spring Meeting	Applications for grants received by March 31 will normally be considered in the Spring Board Meeting.  Applications received after March 31 will normally be considered in the Fall Board Meeting.
Fall Meeting	Applications for grants received by October 1 will normally be considered in the Fall Board Meeting.  Applications received after October 1 will normally be considered at the Spring Board Meeting.
